Our jewellery

What your jewels are made of? Our jewels are made of recycled 925 silver. The gold models are made of vermeil (recycled silver gilded with 24-carat gold). We also have a range of 9, 18 or 19-carat gold from our Fine Jewelry collection. You can find our care guide for your jewels here

Where and how is our jewellery produced? They are designed in Brussels and produced by hand, with a lot of love, in our workshop in Portugal. 

Are the items available on the eshop the same as in the shop? The stock in the shop and on the eshop is identical. When a piece of jewellery is no longer available, we advise you to sign up for the alert on the eshop. It takes 1 to 3 weeks to restock! 

Engravings

I want to have a piece of jewellery engraved, how do I go about it? You can personalize our jewels either on the eshop (right here) or directly in the shop (before or after purchase). All the engravings are done on site, in Brussels. The price is 10 euros (per side) and 15 euros (per side) for a personal project. We only engrave Aroz jewelry.

ENGRAVING IN STORE - Count on 10 to 20 minutes on site and leave with your personalized jewel.

ONLINE ENGRAVING - Count 2 to 5 days to receive your engraved piece. If your order is urgent, use DHL which guarantees delivery within 48 hours.

Piercings

Do you do ear piercings on site? Only at our "Piercing Party" with a professional piercer, Sabrina Zimmer, once a month. Prices vary between 20 and 35 euros for the lobe and between 40 and 55 euros for the cartilage. Sabrina drills with her piercings (not ours). Warranty

Is the jewellery guaranteed? We repair and restore your jewels free of charge for 1 year. For more information about this service, click here. After this guarantee, you can repair or restore your jewel for 8 euros (per service). 

Drop your item off at our shop or send it to us. You will have to wait 4 to 5 weeks to receive your jewel as new!

Delivery

Do you deliver abroad? What are the delivery times and costs? We deliver worldwide. All information about delivery can be found here.

Can I order online and pick up in shop? You can order on the eshop and pick up your order either in the shop (50 Rue du Tabellion, 1050 Ixelles) or at Zora (Chaussée de Bruxelles 165, 1410 Waterloo). You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready! (Shop: within 24 hours - Zora: within 3 to 5 days)

Returns

Can I exchange an item? You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to exchange your model, ask for a voucher or a refund.

Purchases made in the shop are not refunded. We will exchange them or give you a voucher for the value of the jewel. 

NB*: Jewellery on sale and engraved jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

NB**: During the month of December, returns are extended by one month. 

How do I return my order? You will find the return form to complete in your customer area. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Opening hours

When are you open? Where is your shop located? We are open, without appointment, from Wednesday to Saturday from 11am to 6pm. The shop is located at 50 Rue du Tabellion, 1050 Ixelles (BE).
