WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED IN OUR JEWELRY?

The different materials used for our jewelry are: recycled 925 silver and vermeil (recycled 925 silver gilded with 24K fine gold). We also offer a small range of 9, 18 and 19K gold jewelry on request only.

N.B. : All our jewelry can be made in 19-carat gold on request (pre-order: 2 to 3 weeks).


DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

Our store is located at Rue du Tabellion 50 in Ixelles (Chatelain/Bailli), Belgium.

We are open from Wednesday to Saturday from 11am to 6pm.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

When your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive an e-mail from the carrier (Bpost or DHL) in which you will find a link to track your package.

If the delivery information for your order has not been updated within 3 days, please contact us via bonjour@arozjewelry.com 


CAN I EXCHANGE AN ORDERED ITEM? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

You have 14 days after delivery of your order to make a return. To make a return, please fill in the form available in your customer area or here. Returns not accompanied by this form will not be processed.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Purchases made in the store will not be refunded. You can still exchange them or obtain a voucher. 

N.B.: Engravings or jewelry on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.


WHAT MEANS OF PAYMENT CAN I USE?

You can pay for your purchases by:

  • Credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Carte Bleue)
  • Paypal

All transactions are secured by the Stripe payment system. All your data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. Nor are they stored on our computer systems.


HOW CAN I USE A DISCOUNT COUPON OR A PROMO CODE?

An icon called ‘Discount coupon’ or ‘Promo code’ will show up at the time of the payment. Simply click on the appropriate box and enter your promo code. Your 'Discount coupon' or 'Promo code' will be directly deducted.


DO YOU DELIVER ABROAD?

arozjewelry.com delivers worldwide.

Delivery costs for Belgium are 8,5€.

Delivery costs for the rest of the world vary between 12 € and 35€.

Free delivery from 200€.

Time of delivery is 1-5 working days.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER.

We do everything in our power to guarantee prompt delivery of your parcel. However, we are unfortunately not immune to possible delays on the part of the carrier.

If you have not received your parcel within 7 working days, we advise you to contact the delivery service (Bpost or DHL) directly for further information.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A PERSONALIZED PIECE OF JEWELRY?

Online :

The delivery time for personalized jewelry ordered on our website is the same as for traditional jewelry. Please allow between 2 and 5 days.

In our store :

We personalize your jewelry directly on site. It takes between 10 and 20 minutes. (except Saturdays)


IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE INFORMATION ON MY ACCOUNT?

To modify any information on your account, you just have to connect with your identification and go on the menu to ‘My account’. If you click on ‘account information’ you have access to all information concerning your account and you are free to modify.
