IS THERE A HIGH STREET STORE?

Our showroom is located in Brussels, Belgium (Rue du Tabellion 50, 1050 Ixelles). We are not a shop, We are only open with appointment on Wednesday and Friday afternoon. We open the Showroom 5 days a month.


CAN I EXCHANGE AN ORDERED ITEM?

You have 14 days after delivery of your purchase order to exchange a model fo another one, ask for a credit note or a reimbursement.

It is important to contact our customer service before returning your order so we can communicate our return procedure.


WHAT MEANS OF PAYMENT CAN I USE?

You can pay for your purchases:

HOW CAN I USE A DISCOUNT COUPON OR A PROMO CODE?

An icon called ‘Discount coupon’ or ‘Promo code’ will show up at the time of the payment. Simply click on the appropriate box. Your 'Discount coupon' or 'Promo code' will be directly deducted.

Delivery costs for the rest of the world vary between 10 € and 30€.

Free delivery from 70€.

Time of delivery is 5-7 working days.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE INFORMATION ON MY ACCOUNT?

To modify any information on your account, you just have to connect with your identification and go on the menu to ‘My account’. If you click on ‘account information’ you have access to all information concerning your account and you are free to modify.
