WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED FOR OUR JEWELRY?
The different materials used to make our jewelry are recycled 925 silver and vermeil (recycled 925 silver gilded with 24k gold). We also have a small range of jewelry in 9, 18 or 19 carat gold.
N.B. All our jewelry models can be made in 19 carat gold on request. (pre-order: 2 to 3 weeks).
IS THERE A PHYSICAL SHOP?
Yes, our shop is located at 50 rue du Tabellion in Ixelles (Châtelain / Bailli) in Belgium.
We are open without appointment from Wednesday to Saturday, from 11am to 6pm.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email from the transporter (Bpost or DHL) in which you will find a link that will allow you to track your package. (This link can sometimes be hidden in your junk mail).
If the delivery information for your order is not updated after 3 days, contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ORDERED ITEM? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to return it. To make a return, please fill in the return form available in your customer area or right here. Returns that do not include this form will not be processed. Return shipping costs are at your charge
Purchases made in our Showroom in Brussels are not refunded. We can exchange them or give you a voucher for the value of the jewel.
N.B. Engraved and/or discounted items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
You can pay by :
- Credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Carte bleue).
All transactions are secured by the Stripe payment system. All your data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. They are not stored on our computer systems either.
HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT COUPON OR GIFT CARD?
A space entitled "coupon" or "promo code" will appear at the time of payment. To take advantage of this, enter the code in the appropriate box. Your discount will be applied directly.
DO YOU DELIVER ABROAD?
We deliver worldwide. Here are the delivery prices :
- Belgium :

- In a relay point: 5,5€

- Via DHL: delivery costs will be calculated according to your location when you finalize your order.
Shipping costs are free for orders over 150€.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER
We do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. However, we are unfortunately not exempt from possible delays on the part of the transporter.
If you do not receive your order within 7 working days, we advise you to contact the delivery service (Bpost or DHL) directly for more information. If after that you still have not received your parcel, contact us. Together we will find a solution.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A CUSTOMIZED PIECE OF JEWELRY (ENGRAVING)?

The delivery time for a personalized jewel ordered on our eshop is the same as for an order without engraving. Please allow between 2 and 5 days.
If your order is urgent, don't hesitate to use DHL which guarantees a delivery in a maximum 48 hours.
- The Shop :
We engrave our jewelry directly on site in Brussels. It takes 10 to 20 minutes to get your personalized jewel (except Saturday).
