Exchanges & returns

You have fourteen days to return your purchases* (at your expense and by registered mail) if they don’t suit you (except items will neither be taken back nor exchanged).

Don’t hesitate to write to us if you have any questions regarding your returns - bonjour@arozjewelry.com. Upon receipt of your package at our offices, you will immediately receive a refund to the same bank account from which the payment was made. (Maximum delay of 10 business days).

In Belgium, you can also exchange your jewelry at the Showroom. You will then be able to choose between a regular exchange or a 3-months voucher. Products have to be returned in their original packaging and condition.

The items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
