Exchanges & returns

You have fourteen days to return your purchases* (at your expense and by registered mail) if they do not suit you (except items that will neither be taken back nor exchanged).

Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding your returns at bonjour@arozjewelry.com. Upon receipt of your package at our offices, you will promptly receive a refund to the same bank account from which the payment was made (with a maximum processing time of 10 business days).

In Belgium, you can also exchange your jewelry at our shop. You will then have the option to choose between a regular exchange or a 3-month voucher.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
