- AROZ. Can you introduce yourself in a few words ?
Jessica. My name is Jessica Troisfontaine, I am 31 years old, I am Belgian by birth and Parisian by adoption for more than 10 years.
Everything I do is dedicated to helping women to have confidence in themselves, to "take power" over their lives, according to their own meaning. I founded Septem, a brand specialized in jumpsuit.
I host the Septem Club podcast and am also extremely passionate about all things food.
- AROZ. Tell us about the story of Septem
J. I was a business lawyer for 2 years before I realized that this job not allow me to fully develop. I sort of "took power" over my life at that point and I wanted to help women (re)take the power of their life, by imagining clothes that will give them strength and comfort, as well as offering them content that will feed their thoughts.
- AROZ. Where does your inspiration come from? The names of your collections, models...
J. My inspiration come from everything. My inspiration really come from a variety of stimuli. I read a lot, and if almost none of the books are about fashion, they open my imagination to other worlds.
I observe the women around me as much as I look for shots of elegant women from the 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s. As for my desires for colors, they are generally born from the contemplation of artists' work.
- AROZ. What does jewelry mean to you in general ?
J. I own few pieces of jewelry and they all have immense sentimental meaning. it can be because they were given to me by the people I love the most or also because I gave them to myself to symbolise a step or celebrate an achievement.
- AROZ. Tell us about the creation of the Aurore earrings ?
J. When we talked about our common desire to imagine a new piece of jewelry together, we realized that we were each working on a collection around the same theme: the Cosmos! We shared our inspirations before coming up with the idea of earrings with two suns, which are inspired by those designed by the artist Emilie Bouguereau for the Astro print of the Cosmos Septem collection.
- AROZ. What is your favorite piece from Aroz ?
J. Except for all the pieces we designed together, which I still love, I love the Pipa ring (both modern and delicate) and the Rigati or Nonna earrings (which alone remind me of my beloved Italy).
- AROZ. What is your mantra? The sentence or the word you would like to engrave on one of our medallion ?
J. "Love triumphs over all; let us also succumb to Love." (Virgil)

J. Delicate, audacious and joyful.
