Warranty

We repair, re-solder and re-gild your Aroz jewelry free of charge for 1 year. After this period, it will still be possible to give a second life to your jewelry but a financial participation will be required. To make use of the guarantee, please keep your receipt or your online invoice.

Maintenance

All Aroz Jewelry jewels are made of 925 silver and vermeil (925 silver plated with 24k fine gold).

Our gold jewellery is plated from 4 to 5 microns. They are water resistant!
In order to preserve the life of your jewellery, here are some maintenance tips:

• Always store your jewellery in a pouch or in a box. Avoid letting them sit in open air or in a humid atmosphere.
  
• Use the small chamois cloth (soft wipe) received with your parcel to make your jewellery shine.
  
• Avoid all contact with body creams, soaps and perfumes.
  
• Avoid contact at all costs with hydroalcoholic gels. The alcohol used in these directly attacks the gold layer of the jewellery.
  

Shipping & returns

Free delivery for orders over 150€.

When ordering from Belgium, deliveries are fast (1-3 working days). For the rest of Europe, please allow 3 to 5 working days. For an engraved jewellery, add 1 to 2 working days.

Returns can be made within 14 days (of receiving your purchase). Please note that jewelry on sale, engraved and pre-ordered gold jewelry will not be returned or exchanged. Gold rings can be adjusted by one size.
You can download a return document straight from your personal account on the website. As soon as we receive the parcel in our offices, you will be reimbursed within 14 days maximum.
